City teams up with Cuellar to make railroad changes

LAREDO, TEXAS (KGNS) - How often have you been stuck at a railroad crossing? Perhaps by the downtown area, making being on time impossible.

The city of Laredo has been working on that for the past few months, and now Henry Cuellar has brought the issue before a House Committee.
