Rep. Henry Cuellar, D-Laredo, recently announced the Federal Railroad Administration and the Texas Department of Transportation’s release of 10 service and route options for high-speed passenger rail service connecting Oklahoma City, Fort Worth, Austin, San Antonio, Laredo and South Texas.

Last week, the Texas Department of Transportation will seek public input from the Laredo community to include in the study’s draft environmental impact statement for the Texas-Oklahoma Passenger Rail Study.
