Congressman Henry Cuellar on Gitmo, homeland security and oil exports

SAN ANTONIO - Congressman Henry Cuellar, who represents parts of South Texas and San Antonio, spoke to News 4 San Antonio's Randy Beamer about the amount of work Congress may be able to get done during President Obama's last year in office.

Plus, Cuellar is also speaking out about changing current federal rules for Cubans who come to the United States and apply for citizenship.
