E-rate is one of four support programs funded through a Universal Service fee charged to companies that provide interstate and/or international communication services. “As a father of two children, I understand the importance that technology plays in the education of our young people. I congratulate the Schertz-Cibolo-Universal City Independent School District for ensuring that the area’s students have access to the latest technological advancements,” said Congressman Cuellar.
