Interview with Elin Suleymanov, the Ambassador of Azerbaijan and Henry Cuellar Representative (D-TX 28th District).

HC: “It’s very interesting what he said – Azerbaijan allowed women to vote before the US.  The Nobel Prize has a beginning in Azerbaijan. It’s a big oil and gas state like the state of Texas is.  In that part of the world, you need stability and that is what Azerbaijan provides.”

Student Reporter: “It’s interesting to see the relationship the US has with other parts of the world.”
