LCC’s outreach expands with region’s first satellite uplink

LAREDO, TEXAS (KGNS/LCC) - A state-of-the-art satellite uplink system is now available in Laredo, thanks to a special partnership between Laredo Community College and Congressman Henry Cuellar.

The $116,500 uplink system was unveiled during a press conference on Friday, July 18 at the LCCTV studio. The system is the only one of its kind in the Webb, Zapata, Jim Hogg, Maverick and Uvalde county areas.
