U.S. Rep. Henry Cuellar, D-San Antonio, has produced a new video aimed at helping small business owners in his district.

U.S. Rep. Henry Cuellar, D-28th District, is featured in a new video discussing the types of federal resources available for small business owners in his district.

Cuellar, a member of the House Appropriations Committee, is joined in the video by officials from the Small Business Administration and the U.S. Department of Agriculture Rural Development. Cuellar covers a broad swath of Southwest Texas. His district stretches from the border region south of Laredo all the way north to San Marcos and includes portions of San Antonio.
