Three JHS Students To Attend Military AcademiesStudents who get nominated and accept opportunities to attend one of our nation's military service academies are somewhat rare...so it's even more special when you have three. That is the case at Judson High School. Congressman Henry Cuellar nominated two of the students for military school appointments and paid a visit to the school to formalize it all in a ceremony. Congressman Cuellar nominated Tristan Holiday to the Naval Academy and Noah Tetro to West Point. Along with these two students, Brandon Sanders has also been accepted into the Air Force Academy. Principal Jesus Hernandez hosted the ceremony with Dr. Willis Mackey offering his congratulations before the Congressman spoke. We want to extend our congratulations to these students and their families as these three young men will take the next step in leading others in protecting and defending this great country. We are proud of you.
