Azerbaijan ambassador to visit university

Texas A&M International University students will welcome Friday a special visitor to the campus: Azerbaijan ambassador to the United States Elin Suleymanov.

At 2:30 p.m. at the TAMIU Student Center, he will present a guest lecture dubbed “The U.S.-Azerbaijan Relations: The Unresolved Conflicts in Eurasia.”

His visit to TAMIU was made possible by the Office of U.S. Congressman Henry Cuellar. The students participating in the afternoon lecture are part of the university’s Leadership Program.
