Recently, I spoke with representatives at the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) to inquire about grant and other opportunities available for schools, colleges and universities in our district.  I have long supported science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM) and believe that it is critical to invest in our educational institutions to prepare students for jobs of the future.   

Below is a list of upcoming opportunities with NASA, many of which have deadlines this month. Despite, the shutdown, the NASA grants portal is operating normally; therefore, I encourage those who are interested to take advantage of these opportunities.
