Today, Congressman Henry Cuellar, (TX-28), greeted King Abdullah II of Jordan and welcomed him to US Congress; during the Head of State’s visit to Washington DC, which included briefings and meetings with President Barack Obama, Vice-President Joe Biden, high ranking Cabinet officials and leaders on Capitol Hill.

The Congressman and King Abdullah discussed issues related to peace in the Middle East during a briefing with the US House of Representatives Appropriations Subcommittee on State and Foreign Operations.
