Congressional Report

Dear Friends,

In Washington, D.C. I attended the State of the Union with my distinguished guest, Alex Rodriguez of Rio Grande City High School.

In the district, I had a series of events, including a press conference in San Antonio to discuss NADBank in the USMCA, I announced $51.9 million in future funding for Chacon Creek, and I secured $149,762 in federal funding for public housing resources in Hidalgo County.

My staff also participated in several events and meetings, including the USDA Prosperity Council, networking gatherings, and presenting Congressional Certificates of Recognition.

I have also included a video from the U.S. Food and Drug Administration refuting the myth that generic medication isn't safe or effective.

As always, please contact one of my offices if you need assistance with any federal agency.

U.S. Food and Drug Administration: Generic Medications PSA

It's no secret that name brand medications can get a bit pricey. Have you ever wondered if generic medications work just as well?

This video from the U.S. Food and Drug Administration debunks the idea that generic medication is inferior to name brands.

Sincerely,
Henry Cuellar
