Congressman Henry Cuellar, ranking member of the House Homeland Security Border and Maritime Subcommittee, asks a question during a hearing in the Cannon House Office Building, where the subcommittee discussed how to effectively use resources to stop the illicit flow of currency, narcotics and firearms.
